Recently, the Ministry of industry development and the Ministry of science and technology development of China Textile Industry Federation jointly issued the action plan for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile industry during the 14th Five Year Plan period (hereinafter referred to as the plan). The purpose of the plan is to gather forces and common understanding from all parties and create a good environment for the innovative growth and high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry, Support and guide small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile industry to take the development path of "specialization, specialty and innovation"《 The plan is divided into four parts: General requirements, main objectives, key tasks and safeguard measures.
The plan clearly points out that by the end of the 14th five year plan, the development concept of "specialty, specialty and innovation" of small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile industry has become a broad consensus and action guide. A large number of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises have grown into important sources of innovation. The integration and innovation capacity of large and medium-sized enterprises in the industry and supply chain coordination and innovation have been significantly enhanced, and the service system for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises with "specialty, specialty and innovation" will be basically improved, The modernization level of industrial chain and supply chain has been further improved. We will cultivate more than 500 small and medium-sized enterprises that are "specialized and innovative" in the textile industry, strive to increase the number of new national "small giants" enterprises in the textile industry to 300, cultivate 30 single champion enterprises in the manufacturing industry, and 30 domestic and foreign enterprises listed on the main board and science and technology innovation edition.
