Kaifeng City of Henan recently issued the "notice on the issuance of Kaifeng vocational skills upgrading action plan (2019 to 2021)" (hereinafter referred to as the "notice"), the express industry into the city's vocational skills upgrading action.

According to relevant media, by the end of July this year, the general office of the State Post Office and the Ministry of human resources and Social Security jointly issued the notice on strengthening vocational skills training for express practitioners, and encouraged enterprises and industries to build training centers and teaching bases together.
