The anti fraud system of China Electronic Commerce Association is jointly developed by the China Electronic Commerce Association and the judicial authentication center of the national information center of the national development and Reform Commission. The system will have the functions of electronic evidence preservation, blacklist sharing, and big data wind control function. In August 24th this year, the four ministries, including the Banking Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of industry, the Ministry of public security and the network letter office, formally issued the Interim Measures for the management of network lending information intermediation agency business activities (hereinafter referred to as "Interim Measures"), further clarifying the regulatory system arrangement of "net loan" institutions, and forming coordinated supervision over the network lending institutions. The introduction of the interim measures has aroused widespread repercussions throughout the whole society.

The forum held a heated discussion on the management of the preserved paction data referred to in the interim measures, and how to correctly use the electronic signature, electronic authentication, the authenticity and integrity of the data, the electronic signature and the legal validity of the electronic certification, and called on the enterprises to set up the values of honesty and credit, while maintaining the economic benefits and paying equal attention to the social benefits simultaneously.

Against this background, this forum focuses on the online fraud prevention system of China's E-Commerce Association. It explores the current situation and challenges faced by the development of big data financial industry, the future direction of development, and the imperfections of domestic credit reporting industry, hindered the development of Internet finance.
