Recently, the Ministry of education, the General Administration of industry and commerce, the General Administration of quality supervision and quarantine and the National Standards Committee jointly issued the "opinions on Further Strengthening the management of primary and secondary school uniforms".

The opinions on Further Strengthening the management of school uniforms for primary and secondary school students believe that school uniforms should strictly enforce national standards and strictly enforce school uniforms in accordance with the law.

Registration and registration of school uniform should be carried out in accordance with the "clear identification" system.

It is necessary to encourage the implementation of double inspection system; schools should confirm the selection of school uniforms on the basis of in-depth demonstration and full communication with the parent committee; select schools to establish school uniform selection organizations for parents and students; strengthen the management of school uniform procurement, strengthen procurement publicity, implement procurement records, and strictly investigate and punish illegal production enterprises according to law.

To establish a "blacklist" system for school uniform production enterprises, we should gradually enable more students to wear school uniforms, and promote the provision of uniforms for families such as needy students.
