The two, the founder of the New York Street apparel brand PublicSchool, will continue to operate its own brand.

The style of PublicSchool and DKNY both has certain city color, and the appointment of two will make DKNY's design more modernized.

But the problem is how to maintain the differentiation between the two brands. This is also a problem for designers who are both dual roles. It is also a challenge for designers to take charge of two brands during the fashion week.

Coincidentally, several new designers who recently joined the LVMH operate their own brands at the same time, such as Kenzo's HumbertoLeon and CarolLim, JonathanAnderson of Loewe.

In recent years, DKNY has been overshadowed by the emerging designer brands such as ToryBurch and Rag&Bone in the United States.
