J Brand Co Founder Resigned As Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Rosen, chief executive officer of P > Theory and Helmut Lang, will temporarily serve as chief executive officer of J Brand Holdings LLC.

Both Theory and Helmut Lang belong to the parent company of Fast Retaiing Co. Ltd., Asia's famous brand Uniqlo UNIQLO.

Fast Retaiing Co. Ltd. sold 80.1% stake in J Brand Holdings LLC in about $290 million in November 2012.
