The first item of processing (assembly)

Second quantity and time of delivery and processing of finished products

Fifth factory experts and technical training

According to the actual needs, Party B has the obligation to dispatch experts to Party A and to train the necessary technical personnel for Party A, the number, time, task and cost burden of the factory experts and trainers.

Sixth freight, insurance premium.

Party B is responsible for the transportation of raw materials (or parts) to Party A, and the insurance premium shall be borne by Party B. Party A shall be responsible for transporting the finished products to Party B's freight and insurance premium. The transportation insurance for finished products shall be covered by Party A according to the total cost of the original material (or loose parts) plus freight, insurance premium and processing fee of one hundred and ten percent, and war risk, such as land transportation insurance on land transportation insurance. Seventh quality tests

(1) after receipt of raw materials (or parts), Party A shall check its specifications and quality according to the technical standards provided by Party B. If Party B finds that the specifications and quality of the raw materials (or parts) supplied by Party B are not up to the technical standard or the quantity is insufficient, Party B shall be responsible for the replacement or supplement of the inspection report submitted by Party A to Party B.

(2) after receiving the finished products processed by Party A, Party B shall inspect the goods according to the agreed standards agreed upon by both parties. If Party A fails to cause quality problems due to improper equipment, Party B shall submit the inspection report to Party A, and Party A shall be responsible for repairing or compensation.

Eighth force majeure

Due to war and serious natural disasters and other human irresistible incidents agreed by both parties, when a party fails to fulfill the contract, the party in case of such accidents should inform the other party of the accident as soon as possible and negotiate with the other party to extend the time limit for the execution of the contract. No compensation shall be made for the losses arising from the other party.

Ninth liability for breach of contract

Any party who fails to fulfill the terms of the contract and causes the other party to suffer economic losses must bear the liability of compensation, and the injured party shall have the right to impose a fine of yuan.

The tenth arbitration

During the execution of the contract, if there is any dispute, the two parties should negotiate in a friendly manner. If the case is not settled, the arbitration agency shall be submitted for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties. The cost of arbitration shall be borne by the losing party.

Eleventh article guarantee

In order to ensure that both parties perform the contract and pay the penalty or compensate for the loss in time, the parties shall provide each other with the letter of guarantee issued by their respective banks.
