Columbia

Since 15 this month, Columbia has been implementing the 4 month import quota license management for Chinese footwear products, with a deadline of August 31, 2008.

During this period, China's footwear products exported to Columbia must have import quota permits to enter the Columbia market.

Meanwhile, Columbia will investigate the general safeguard measures for Chinese shoes.

In recent years, opening up emerging markets such as South America and Australia has become the focus of many foreign shoe manufacturers in Ningbo.

The foreign trade department reminds that exporters of "Ningbo shoes" should consult with Columbia importers in time to understand the situation of import quota permits.
