From the edge of the city to the core area, how should the community develop? In May 17th, Wang Zhigang, the Standing Committee of the municipal Party committee and deputy mayor of the Standing Committee, took charge of the relevant department heads to work on the site of the Lu Song district to study the development path.

In January last year, Bai Guan was placed under the jurisdiction of the Lu Song district. There are 7 resident groups in Bai Guan community with 3580 permanent residents. The community faces many development problems, such as residents' employment, drinking water and infrastructure.

According to the plan, Bai Guan town is the carrier area of 100 billion garment industry and the development zone of 100 billion aviation industry. The Bai Guan community is the gateway to build the new eastern city, and the region is facing unprecedented opportunities for development.

Wang Zhigang pointed out that it is necessary to identify the development orientation, clarify the development ideas and make overall plans, have long-term and detailed development path design, never engage in redundant construction, seize the development opportunities, and build them into the production and service areas of the garment industry park, and give priority to solving the problems of people's livelihood.
