It's unfair to domestic brands.

2012 is an important year for the implementation of the 12th Five-Year plan in China. Under the background of the two sessions of the national conference, many topics have attracted much attention from all walks of life. In particular, Premier Wen Jiabao highlighted in the government's work report that small and medium-sized enterprises are facing more difficulties and difficulties in their economic challenges when facing economic challenges.

Ding Shizhong, chairman of the National People's Congress of Jinjiang and chairman of the board of directors of Anta Sports Products Limited, said that the state should upgrade the industrial chain, optimize the industrial layout, and take practical measures to overcome the dilemma of private enterprises in the supporting policies.

Private enterprises' "internal and external difficulties"

During his discussions with the delegation of Fujian, Ding Shizhong said Premier Wen emphasized in his government work report that small and small enterprises face increasing economic difficulties when faced with economic challenges. Not only small and micro enterprises, but also most private enterprises are under great pressure in the current market environment.

After China's accession to the WTO, all markets have been opened, which makes the international brands that have been entrenched in individual cities in the past can penetrate into all levels of cities in China, and the market competition becomes more intense.

In such a market environment, many enterprises have begun to face the competition of international enterprises before they begin to take shape.

Many of the problems faced by these small businesses are also on the scale of private enterprises such as Anta.

Although the scale of a billion or so enterprises seems to be small, there is still a big gap in capital strength when facing the scale of 100 billion international enterprises.

Ding Shizhong used "internal and external difficulties" to describe the situation faced by most small and small enterprises and private enterprises.

"Outside" has the weakness of the overall business environment in the European and American markets, market access, national treatment and so on. "Small" and small private enterprises lack competitiveness, and cultural interference with foreigners.

When growing up national brands compete with international brands, they are unfair to domestic brands.

At present, the penetration of international brands in China is very strong. Individual regional investment has rejected domestic brands, such as Shanghai's Nanjing Road, Huaihailu Road and other commercial streets and high-end shopping malls, under the same circumstances, as long as the international brand.

Some people prefer fake foreign brands to genuine domestic brands.

We have such a large scale of private enterprises such as we feel so much pressure, the pressure on small businesses can be imagined.

Ding Shizhong used the practical problems encountered in the operation as a case.

Two points to break through the dilemma

Ding Shizhong believes that if we want to break through the "internal and external difficulties" of private enterprises, we must upgrade the industrial chain and optimize the industrial layout, so that enterprises can become bigger and stronger. At the same time, we should vigorously support small and micro enterprises, improve their business environment and enhance their competitiveness.

For this reason, the state needs to give more support from policy and implement relevant supporting policies.

Ding Shizhong hoped that the state could conduct a systematic study of the industrial layout: "the growth of these enterprises and whether they can become large enterprises with international competitiveness will depend on whether the country can provide support in the strategic layout of the industry."

At the same time, we should also strengthen the construction process of the industrial chain.

At present, the formation of the industrial chain has two directions, one is the industry accumulated by the market, and the other is the industry formed by the national project.

In comparison with the two industrial chains, the industries driven by national projects have complete supporting facilities, and enterprises have been able to grow in the early stage of basic investment and policy input.

However, the industry accumulated by the market mechanism does not have this advantage. Enterprises rely on the accumulation of bit by bit in the development and compete with international brands in this way.

The state should also change this situation as soon as possible, introduce relevant support policies, and strategically and strategically support small and medium-sized enterprises and private enterprises to strengthen the construction of industrial chains.

"We hope that the state can give more support policies to private enterprises and put them into practice.

Now we are worried that we can not find creative talents, we can only recruit abroad.

If the country has a relevant industry talent strategy, it can formulate corresponding educational measures to train qualified talents to meet the needs of the whole industry in a certain period.

Ding Shizhong, for example.

Regarding the hot spot of the current government work report, the small and small enterprises, Ding Shizhong thinks that although the scale is small, it plays an important role in the development of national economy.

"The role of micro enterprises is very large. Most of them focus on subdivision, covering almost all industrial chain's upstream and downstream supporting links, making important contributions to China's economic development.

But in recent years, these small and micro enterprises have encountered many difficulties, such as financing difficulties, technological innovation lag, recruitment, rapid increase in the cost of personnel and so on.

Ding Shizhong suggested that the government can formulate tax incentives for small businesses, preferential lending rates, direct allocation or even tax exemption, reduce the burden on enterprises, clean up all kinds of complicated charging projects, and limit fees to a reasonable range; and make financial subsidies and loan assistance to technological innovation, institutional innovation and management innovation of small and micro enterprises.
