However, the construction of credit laws and standards is lagging behind, and the credit statistics monitoring system has not yet been established.

It is necessary to improve the credit standard system of e-commerce, establish and improve the credit management system of e-commerce, formulate rules for the management of e-commerce business entities, conduct pactions and paction information, and implement detailed rules of credit protection, dishonesty punishment and credit recognition.

We should promote relevant departments to draw up relevant industry standards and practitioners standards of the third party credit assessment service institutions, and strive to improve the standardization and credibility of credit evaluation services.

The proposal put forward to speed up the establishment of credit statistics monitoring system covering the main business entities of e-commerce and credit evaluation service agencies.

We should vigorously develop the third party credit evaluation service institutions, accelerate the interconnection and interoperability of cross sector, cross industry and cross regional e-commerce credit information systems, and promote the interconnection and interconnection of credit information systems with the national credit information database of e-commerce.
