Footwear Industry Group Hengda Shares Held The 27Th Anniversary Celebration
In the autumn of October, Hengda shares its 27 year old birthday. In October 28, 2011, Hengda held the 27th anniversary celebration on the theme of "promoting traditional Chinese culture and building harmonious labor relations".

When it comes to Hengda's "family culture", Wang Jiwan, chairman of Hengda shares, said with deep feeling: we should "improve the safeguard mechanism for treatment, take employees as masters of the family, improve the mechanism of democratic participation, regard employees as the masters, strengthen training and learning mechanism, help employees as capable people, carry forward the traditional culture of China and build up employees as sages."
