Under the above circumstances, the higher level legal person enterprises are directly involved in the paction and storage.

1, the lease agreement or contract between the leasing party or the processing manufacturer and the 400 type cotton processing enterprise.

2. Copy of the business license of the tenant or the processing party.

3. Copy of the tax registration certificate of the leaseholder or the processing party.

4. A copy of the processing qualification certificate of the 400 type cotton processing enterprise that has been leased or commissioned.

Under such circumstances, the leasing party and the entrusted processing party shall directly participate in the paction and storage.

The above information needs to be sealed by the official seal of the unit and then pmitted to the trading market. The trading market will check with the China cotton reserve management corporation on the qualification of the storage enterprises, and the result will be returned to the enterprise within 2 working days.

Enterprises bear relevant legal liabilities for the information provided.

The storage and storage enterprises that meet the above requirements need to handle the paction in the trading market, and they can participate in the purchase and storage pactions.
