The ancient tomb of the San PRA is located 11 kilometers west of Luopu County, Hetian County, and 4 kilometers from the south of Mount prushui township. What amazed the archaeologists is that the people of San PRA had already rotted into white bones, but the fabrics were still strong and colorful.

An organization focusing on the collection and protection of ancient textiles was discovered in Urumqi in 2000. Its collection of fabrics dating back to 2000 is very similar to the products produced by Shan pra.

It is reported that at the time, in the international auction market, the value of a large palm print pattern with a clear cut of PrP's wool fabric was tens of thousands of dollars.

Moreover, the cultural relics are invaluable. Even the name of "Shan PRA" has not been unified in the academic circles until now, so the information contained in the cultural relics is more important to the history.

"At present, the restoration plan for these cultural relics has been completed, totally 300, the first batch of 50, starting with the general cultural relics."

Wang Ziqiang, director of the Xinjiang workstation stationmaster and technical director of the China Silk Museum, did not reveal too many details, which can repair locally to train the local repair team and repair the important research base in Hangzhou.

As an important passageway of the ancient Silk Road and the intersection of eastern and Western civilizations, Xinjiang's textiles are rich in species, large in number and long in time span, and the technical content and cultural content they attach are very high.

According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 4000 textile relics in autonomous region museums.

Because textile relics usually contain proteins, they will naturally become old in oxygen. Most of them have been found to be unrecognizable and rotten.

Silk repair is a very complicated technology.

According to the technical personnel, for the restoration and protection of textiles, the raw materials of silk fabrics are usually first extracted for testing. If there is fading, the color needs to be cured.

After that, 90% of the textiles were fragile, such as tissue paper, which could not be washed directly with water. Instead, they used water absorbent paper to pad on the cultural relics, and brush with water impregnated soft fur on the surface of the absorbent paper and along the fixed direction.

After dry, choose suitable fabric, sometimes need sand wash, wash out the old feeling.

When sewing, the fabric will be lined with iron plates, and the fabric will be levelled with a small magnet wrapped with cloth.

According to statistics, according to different weaving methods, tens of thousands of needles are to be stitched up in large palms, and a batch of textile relics from cleaning to restoration is often time-consuming.
