Soybean Protein Fiber: Quality Technology Is Not Yet Mature &Nbsp; Production Links Are Difficult.

Soybean Protein

Soybean protein fiber is a kind of regenerated plant protein fiber. It uses soybean oil and soybean oil as raw material to extract globulin from soybean meal by bioengineering technology. By adding functional assistants, grafting, copolymerization and blending with nitriles and hydroxyl polymers, a certain concentration of protein spinning solution is made, which changes the protein space structure and is prepared by wet spinning.

It is understood that soybean protein fiber is developed independently by China's textile science and technology workers, and is the first high technology to realize industrial production in the world. It is also the only fiber invention that has been acquired by China so far.

Production process pairs

Environmental Science

The air, human body, soil, water quality and other pollution-free, fiber itself is mainly composed of soybean protein, fiber itself is easy to biodegradation.

Its main raw material is soybean meal from nature. Its raw materials are abundant and renewable, and will not lead to predatory exploitation of resources.

China's soybean protein fiber has achieved large-scale production around 2003.

Now, over the past few years, what is the market for soy protein fiber?

Quality technology is not yet mature and production links are difficult.

In 1937, mankind officially announced its invention.

nylon

This synthetic fiber.

However, up to now, more than half a century has passed, and the production and manufacturing process of nylon is still under continuous stimulation of new technology and technology.

Improvement

Perfect.

Similarly, the production and processing technology of soybean protein fiber has been in a gradual improvement process just for several years.

So far, there are still many defects in soybean protein fiber in production or later processing.

Since it is a newly developed fiber variety, the production cost and market price of soybean protein fiber have been in a state of confusion since the day of its birth.

When the product was just produced, it was strange to the market, and the market knew little about it.

Therefore, in order to integrate into the mainstream market as soon as possible, the price of soybean protein fiber is relatively low and relatively stable.

However, as soybean fiber has been recognized by the market quickly due to its excellent characteristics.

It seems as if overnight, the price of soybean fiber has risen from an original 3 tons to 70 thousand tons.

The doubling of the multiplier price really surprised the downstream market.

Subsequently, more and more enterprises began to get involved in the development and application of soybean protein fiber.

According to incomplete statistics, more than 500 textile and garment enterprises have participated in the research and production of soybean protein fiber.

With the participation of many enterprises, the price of soybean protein fiber also dropped rapidly to more than 3 tons.

The price fluctuation of roller coaster is undoubtedly very unfavorable to the promotion and popularization of this new fiber product.

Enterprises that have gradually entered the field of soybean protein fiber production soon encountered technical difficulties.

The surface of soybean protein fiber is smooth, the cohesion between the fibers is poor, the mass ratio is higher, and the electrostatic phenomenon is serious.

In addition, the strength of soybean protein fiber is large, but there is a great degree of uneven strength. This will bring some difficulty to the spinning process.

The crimping rate of fiber is low, and the recovery rate of crimp is low, so that the fibers can not be restored to the original state in the spinning process, and the cohesion of the fibers becomes smaller and the spinnability of the fibers is reduced.

This directly causes the increase of spinning difficulty.

Moreover, soybean protein fiber is also very strict in the temperature of production process, almost harsh.

The temperature is too high to damage the fibers, but the temperature is not enough to meet the requirements of production.

At the same time, soybean protein fiber has encountered technical bottlenecks in the downstream printing and dyeing industry.

The soybean protein fiber itself is beige, and the existing bleaching method has even been used in the industrial production of bleaching process. Whether it is reduction bleaching or oxidation bleaching or bleaching combined with oxygen bleaching, the inherent beige of fiber can not be eliminated.

As a result, the influence of soybean protein fiber on dyeing and finishing process is limited, and the variety of soybean protein fiber products is limited.
