Nearly 100 Graduate Students "Airborne" In Xiuzhou

In August 6th, nearly 100 graduate students "airborne" in Xiuzhou, feel the entrepreneurial atmosphere of this hot spot.

In the logistics warehouse of Zhejiang Ya Ying Clothing Co., the graduate students listened to Lv Hong, director of Human Resources Department of the company.

Not long ago, the company had just recruited 82 college students and had been assigned to stores throughout the country after intensive training.

Lv Hong said that at present, the company is still thirst for highly educated and high-level talents, and will provide enough space for talents to develop.

Then, the graduate students came to Zhejiang science and technology incubator city (Jiaxing), and became interested in "one heart, eight gardens" in the planning and construction.

"I think this is a very dynamic place. The momentum of development is very strong and life is very comfortable. In the future, if I have the chance, I will consider starting a business in Xiuzhou."

Jin Yuguang is a PhD student in the Department of chemical engineering of Tsinghua University.

This time, even a total of 4 PhD students in Tsinghua University, including 2 students in Xiuzhou, are conducting summer social practice, involving physics, materials, microelectronics and other majors. During the month's practice, they will combine their professional expertise to tackle tough problems for enterprises.

"After returning to school, we will also share with our classmates the practical experience of Xiuzhou enterprises."

According to Zhang Weiqun, deputy director of the Bureau of personnel, labor and social security, since the beginning of this year, Xiuzhou district has introduced 1358 talents, accounting for 34% of the undergraduate level, and 35 high-level talents.

This year, the district will focus on the implementation of the "poly Xiuzhou elite leadership plan", and actively carry out the declaration and Accreditation of leading talents and innovative teams. The first batch of 25 leading talents has reported the project, and 16 enterprises have submitted the application materials for the innovation team, covering areas including biotechnology, new materials, new energy, animation production and 3D vision technology.

In order to attract the eyes of high-level talents, Xiuzhou District spares no effort to innovate the carrier of attracting talents.

Relying on efforts to build the Zhejiang science and technology incubator city (Jiaxing), the introduction of innovative talents with high technological attainments and managerial experience at home and abroad to start business in Xiuzhou; promote the construction of postdoctoral workstation in Zhejiang Jiaming Plastic Co., Ltd., and guide outstanding doctoral candidates to enter research.

Since last year, the Xiuzhou District organs and institutions have jointly launched more than 10 posts, specially recruited postgraduate qualifications.

Ma Hanna, a master of Environmental Science in Shanghai Jiaotong University who has worked in the District Environmental Protection Bureau for a year, told reporters that her position is very counterpart with her major.
