The price was only 55 yuan to 70 yuan, obviously lower than the market price.
After careful examination, it is found that the trademark logo of this type of garment is fuzzy and rough.
The parties can not provide the trademark registration certificate and the power of attorney at the scene, nor can they provide the purchase invoice for the garments.
According to the parties concerned, there is no legal purchase channel for the garments, which is imported from a shop in the wholesale clothing market of the other countries. It is neither a franchised store nor a distributor.
Industrial and commercial personnel will be seized when they are about to be suspected of counterfeiting clothing, and they will be placed on file for investigation and further investigation.
