RAL Audit Content

1. external audit

The external audit of washing enterprises is not only for the washing process, but also for the whole operation process and the hygiene in the company. The Haines Institute of Germany conducted external audits in 1959. Routine audits include testing of washing fabrics and annual on-site audits without notice.

2. washing process audit

According to the size of the company, washing enterprises will receive two to eight standard cotton scrubbing cloth, wash 25 times (according to the RAL-GZ 992/3 standard) or 50 times (according to the RAL-GZ 992/1 and /2 standard). The washed cotton cloth must be returned to the Haines Research Institute in Germany.

Partly due to repeated washing, the strength of the fabric gradually decreases during its service life. However, through the continuous improvement of washing process, certified washing companies can make washing wear to fabrics very tiny.

3. site audit

The standards for audit and inspection require quality certification. The holding company accepts experts not to inform the site of the operation process every year. The audit includes auditing the company structure and technical facilities, such as: strictly distinguish the pollution area, which part of the building is loading and unloading the pollution prevention and control products and filling into the equipment, where the textile is removed for reprocessing. At the same time, washing companies must have health regulations, all necessary equipment and personal hygiene must comply with hygiene regulations. The auditor of Haines Research Institute in Germany carefully examined every step of the washing project, and checked the audit record book. The results of all internal audit could not be omitted. The complete quality control system must be recorded in written form.

Auditors will also carry out hygienic inspection for textile washing companies in hospitals and food processing industries. The ecological indicators will be put into the whole process of washing to test the germicidal efficacy of the washing process. After examination, samples of microorganisms on the hands and surfaces of the machines, equipment, vehicles and workers are collected for testing in the Petri dish to check the sanitary condition. Only all the tests are carried out and on-site audits can be passed. If the test fails, corrective actions must be implemented and re audited.

4. Health Audit

The hygienic treatment of textiles is very important in quality control, especially the washing of textiles used in hospitals and food processing industry. The washing company must establish a sustainable health management system. The audit experts of Haines Research Institute in Germany will conduct a review without notice. Surface microbial samples and water samples from workers' hands and washed textiles were sent to laboratories for inspection in different areas of the company. Health standards are defined by the Quality Assurance Committee of the professional textile quality assurance Association. The standards are based on the regulations laid down by the Robert Koch Institute.
