UAE Children's Clothing Business Market Will Flourish

62% of Arabia's United Arab Emirates (UAE) parents choose to buy their children's clothes online.

Price is not a factor they consider. Nearly half of the respondents (43%) said they sometimes buy their children designer clothes.

According to recent reports from foreign media, about 57% of Arabia's United Arab Emirates bought their children's clothing through online shopping, three times a month.

By contrast, the number of people visiting the store once a month is only 43%.

Mini Exchange, a well-known children's clothing shopping website, said that only 42% of the United Arab Emirates enjoyed patronizing designer brand children's clothing stores.,

In contrast, many parents often log on to the children's professional website Mini Exchange to buy their children.

At present, Mini Exchange website mainly relies on old customers to support business.

Sara Appleton, chief executive of the website, said: "the business of Mini Exchange is mainly driven by word of mouth and web search drive."

"We are facing challenges in the Middle East, including credit card payment trust, which means that most of our pactions are cash on delivery," she added.

Of course, there are also logistics problems and delivery problems.

Interestingly, 62% of respondents said that they bought children's clothing online mainly because of convenience. 25% thought that online could choose more goods, and another 12.5% of them valued the convenience of returns.

The price is not a factor considered by the chiefs of the United Arab Emirates. Nearly half of the respondents (43%) said they sometimes buy their children designer clothes. ()

Mini Exchange also took part in the "white Friday" activity on the last weekend of November 2014, the Middle East version of "black Friday".

Appleton explained why the last weekend of November 2014 was very important to local shoppers: "from mid December, many people in Dubai began to go home for holidays, so they would often buy gifts on the last weekend of November.

The introduction of special offers on white Friday is a good way for retailers to induce consumers to go shopping first and then go home.
