Sichuan And Chongqing Will Join Hands To Build Five Industrial Bases For Shoemaking.

Sichuan Economic Commission and Chongqing Economic Commission jointly held "Sichuan and Chongqing Industrial Interaction docking forum" in Chongqing, and jointly signed the memorandum on promoting industrial division and cooperation and building Sichuan Chongqing Industrial Economic Zone.

This is a powerful measure to push forward the construction of Chengdu Chongqing Economic Zone after the signing of the agreement on promoting Sichuan Chongqing cooperation to build Chongqing Chongqing Economic Zone.

The leaders of the two provinces and cities in charge of the economic and Trade Commission said at the meeting that they should seize the historical opportunity of the national plan for the development of Chongqing Economic Zone and set up a national pilot area for balancing urban and rural comprehensive reform. In accordance with the resource conditions and industrial bases of both sides, we should strengthen the division and cooperation between Sichuan and Chongqing, coordinate the regional industrial layout of Sichuan and Chongqing, and jointly cultivate and build the national major equipment manufacturing base, high-tech industrial base, clean energy base, national defense research and industrial base and advantageous agricultural production and processing base, and work together to create the country's new economic growth pole.

According to the memorandum, two provinces and cities will cooperate in a number of fields and key industries, including technological innovation, economic operation adjustment, automobile and motorcycle industry, major technology and equipment manufacturing, oil and natural gas chemical industry as the key resource industry, shoemaking, pork processing, and Chinese medicine as the focus of the textile, food and pharmaceutical industries.

It is reported that the two sides will establish a regular consultation system for energy supply, focusing on strengthening the coordination of electricity and coal operation in the dry and dry period, and on the basis of ensuring the completion of the state's two tonsage power ratio.

In addition, we should focus on the major oil refining and large ethylene projects, further deepen the construction of petrochemical talents training bases and cooperate with petroleum processing products, and cultivate distinctive petroleum products enterprises, and make the petrochemical industry bigger and stronger.

The memorandum also clarifies that the two provinces and municipalities should establish a joint meeting system, and actively explore ways to promote industrial docking, create cooperation promotion mechanism and cooperation platform.
