India Intends To Initiate Anti-Dumping Investigations On Polyester Yarns In VietnamChina And Thailand.

According to Vietnam's investment report May 16th, the Ministry of trade and industry of India recently announced an anti-dumping investigation on polyester yarn from Vietnam, China and Thailand (customs tariff code 5402.47).


  

The notice stated that the time limit for the prosecution of the exporter was within 40 days from the date of promulgation of the notice (May 6, 2008).

The responding materials must be submitted to the General Administration of anti dumping of India.

If the General Administration of antidumping fails to receive the materials or materials for the complaint within the prescribed time limit, the Bureau will publish the findings according to its own evidence.
